CLAIMS COORDINATOR

We are a fast-growing commercial insurance and risk management firm seeking a Claims Coordinator to support our Property & Casualty clients.
This role is the central hub of our claims process—working directly with clients, carriers, and producers to ensure claims are handled quickly, accurately, and proactively.

What You’ll Do

Claims Intake & Reporting

  • Receive and intake claims from all sources
  • Enter claims into AMS accurately
  • Report claims to carriers within 24 hours

Client & Internal Communication

  • Send claim acknowledgments to clients and producers
  • Provide routine claim status updates
  • Serve as liaison between clients, carriers, TPAs, and attorneys

Claims Management

  • Maintain claim diaries and follow-ups
  • Proactively follow up with adjusters
  • Coordinate ongoing claim activity

Documentation & Reporting

  • Document all claim activity in AMS
  • Prepare and deliver loss runs
  • Ensure files are complete and audit-ready

Client Risk Support

  • Provide claim kits at renewal
  • Distribute WC posters and injured worker cards
  • Supply carrier reporting instructions including claim reporting kits

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Insurance experience preferred (commercial lines or workers comp a plus)
  • Experience with AMS systems (AMS360, etc.) is a plus
